# QuantHealth raises $45 million Series B for AI clinical trial simulations

> QuantHealth, a Tel Aviv startup building AI that simulates clinical trials before they run, has raised a $45 million Series B led by Qumra Capital, with backers including Pitango and Sanofi Ventures. The company says it has already simulated more than 600 trials, claiming up to 90% predictive accuracy in forecasting how they would play out. The problem it targets is one of the most expensive in medicine. Clinical trials routinely cost hundreds of millions and often fail late, after years of work. By modeling likely outcomes in advance, QuantHealth aims to help drugmakers pick better candidates and designs, and it says it already works with 12 of the world's top 20 pharmaceutical companies. The new money will go toward scaling adoption and R&D. It is a good example of AI moving beyond chatbots into the slow, high-stakes machinery of drug development, where even modest improvements in success rates translate into enormous savings and, potentially, faster cures.
